I am interested in getting the donator version of comskip, however I have seen posts on other sites that lead me to believe that email address used for donations is not valid and donators are not getting the upgrade.

Can you confirm that a donation will result in receiving the upgrade and how long it will take.

Everybody that ever donated has been able to log into the donator area.
Normally you will receive your access code in about 30 seconds, sometimes it may take 24 hours. Almost all people that complained about not receiving the access information either forgot to look in their spam folders or used an old email address with paypal. I recall less then 5 cases where paypal did not send the donation notification so I did not react in 24 hours.
Could you point me to these sites so I can get this corrected?

donated but never got a email back with access info to get the donor version. i've checked my spam folder and no reply. i got a email from paypal confirming transfer but nothing else.

I donated yesterday and when I woke up today had my login.

I would say don't believe what you read.

Send an email to the same address the donation went to or PM him.

I had no issues, in fact I had a request because I used someone elses paypal even and got mine.

I'm sure it's some technical issue. Just because you maybe don't see it in the spam folder doesn't mean something with the email provider or something else is eating it.

I'm sure it will get taken care of.

There was a glitch between paypal and my email.
