Commercials not completely cut

I've been using the donator's version for over 6 years now and results are generally very good. One thing I noticed is that when a commercial is cut, the last second or 2 remains. Is there a variable I can tweek to address this? Thanks. BTW I am using comskip with SageTV and my recordings are H264 TS files recorded by Hauppauge's HD PVR.

This is either caused by comskip or by the software you use the do the cutting/skipping.
Suggest you follow the "how to ask for help" post so I can check the comskip part
