Insert Chapter mark where each commercial has been cut out

I read your topic on how to ask for help. Since I'm not having a problem, and simply have question I have not included the suggested files.

I'm electing to have commercials cut out. Is there a way to insert a chapter mark at the point where the cut has been made?

If not, is there a reference in the log file that would indicate the location?

Comskip does not cut out commercials.
It only lists where they are.
For playback it is suggested to use a player that skips over the commercials allowing you to skip back and forward if the detection is not perfect.

So Comskip identifys them and it's MCEBuddy that actually cut them out?

I prefer not to cut but to let the player skip.
I do not use MCEBuddy but NextPVR
