HD-PVR commercials rarely detected

HD-PVR commercials rarely detected

Hi, I'm using the latest donator version. Comskip is great on my OTA recordings using a HDHR but on my SD recordings using a HD-PVR it rarely picks up more than one commercial break. I tried enabling "cut scene" and "scene change" detection and it picked up 2 more commecials in the middle of longer commercial breaks but still terrible results. What should I try tweaking?
