Detect fade to black regurdless of length.

I would like to use Comskip to detect all scene or black screen transitions and mark them. I have everything I need to get the cuts put into place but would I cant figure out good settings to use to have Comskip detect all fade-outs or black screens and mark them, regardless of how long they are.
Basically I want to use comskip to mark all chapters in my shows. The chapters are separated by fade-out-to-black, but no matter what settings I try and use comskip doesn't detect the fade-to-black.
Hopefully I am not an idiot, and I realize that this is outside of what Comskip is primarily for, but if I can just get it to mark all black transitions regardless of length it would be awesome.
