Comskip Donator82 crashes on Start

just downloaded comskip. when I dbl click comskip.exe a text window flashes then it crashes. I'm running win7. I installed vcredist_x86.exe but still crashes.

Comskip is a console application.
Drag and drop a recording on comskipGUI.exe

I am running DVRMSToolbox. I changed the .ini setting to 1 and set preferred analyzer to comskip but it is not processing recordings is there something I missed?

First run comskip manual to test it works
The enable logging in dvrmstoolbox and test

I reinstalled DVRMSToolbox and comskip is working on the files in my Recorded TV folder

Is there a GUI I can use to monitor the files comskip is working on?

Comskip has no monitoring tool, and each instance of Comskip is started by DVRMSTB in a hidden window
Maybe DVRMSTB has a monitoring tool?
