Latest version of comskip. I run it on a WTV file. This is for channel WLSDT. For some reason it is showing 10's of thousands of frame rate corrections. Starts out with:
Frame Rate set to 119.880 f/s
DFps[1]= 59.940 f/s
RFps[1]= 59.940 f/s
AFps[1]= 59.940 f/s
Frame Rate corrected to 59.940 f/s
Format changed to [1280 : 720]
Frame: 1 Ratio: 1.80 MinY: 1 MaxY: 720 MinX: 1 MaxX: 1280
Frame: 1 Channels: 6

Then repeats the below over and over:
Frame Rate set to 119.880 f/s
DFps[1]= 59.940 f/s
RFps[1]= 59.940 f/s
AFps[1]= 59.940 f/s
Frame Rate corrected to 59.940 f/s

What's that about?

Thanks.

Figured out what's happening but not the solve or the impact. When Windows Media center was in it's prime it used MPEG2 files in the WTV container. Now it uses H.264 encoded files for some channels and others MPEG2. When it's H.264 that's when the thousands of alerts about frame rates come up. Most likely due to the fact that this tool uses ffmpeg which can't properly decipher H.264 encoded WTV files and when you use it like in MCEBuddy, the files are jerky because it reads the frame rate information wrong or can't read it at all is more the situation. Hopefully comskip will read things right and the frames selected for commercials won't be off because of it as in the end using VideoRedo for the final stripping of commercials without re-encoding however if the frames are off ugh.
