ComSkip Project for MP3 File for LPFM Station

We have a small LPFM radio station at our high school. We cannot run commercials.
We have a financial news report (audio only mp3) we can automatically download and are asking for help to see if ComSkip can be configured to automatically delete / remove the commercial from the newscast so we can download and broadcast it without having to manually edit the mp3 file.
The commercial to be removed is always 59-60 seconds in length.
The financial news report is 2 minutes in length including the commercial.
Typically, 10 to 15 seconds into the report, the commercial begins.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
We can provide the unaltered mp3 file if someone is willing to assist creating a configuration that works.
