Ignore one channel

Hi,

I've seen references to this, but I'm pretty new to this tool, and I guess I don't get it. I'm using comskip with DVRMS Toolbox for auto-skipping Vista Media Center programming. It works really well. In one case, BRAVO, it appears that not only does the logo appear 100% of the time, but some shows change resolution/aspect throughout, making it very erratic.

How can I tune comskip to ignore one (or more) of my channels?

Comskip itself can not ignore one channel.
