Comskip threads freezing regularly

I'm running comskip 0.80.023 via SJQ and I'm seeing quite a few instances where the thread is freezing. I'm noticing this on 3 separate computers (2 on XP and 1 on WHS). I have to kill the thread and then another show gets queued up and runs. Viewing the log for the shows via SJQ, it seems like it just decides to stop on some random frame. It also seems like comskip isn't returning an error code result, so the shows aren't getting queued up again. I have not actually taken note of a show that had this issue and what happened in actuality to the edl file, but will attempt to do so this weekend.
Any idea what might be causing this? If I can provide any additional info/files, just ask.

EDIT: Sorry, I didn't read the--very obvious--sticky on how to request help. I will attempt those steps this weekend and report results. However, I'm not sure that running it again will produce the exact same results.
