Throttle CPU usage?

Hello,

As a newbie to using Comskip, I was wondering if there was any way to throttle the amount (%) of CPU processing that Comskip uses.

For instance, I?d like to limit Comskip to use say 40% of the CPU so that I can use other programs in the meantime.


Forgive me if this has already been answered elsewhere and thanks for a great program.

I spent the last few days experimenting and running comskip manually with the playnice parameter and it works great! My cpu usage hovers around 30-40% as opposed to 100% during processing, allowing me to run other programs with minimal performance hit.

However, I'd also like to use the same playnice parameter automatically in GBPVR when comskip is run during a recording. Is there a line in the comskip.ini I can add to ensure the playnice parameter is enabled each time GBPVR calls on comskip.exe?
