I'm also assuming you know how to test comskip.ini and have read through the manual.htm and the tuning.htm? Those are a great place to get started on making your own.

i read and did my best following instructions, but like always i still same the commercials. I had also asked for help at mcebuddy, someone has been kind enough to try, but again no luck.

Hoping someone can really help.

Drag and drop a recording on comskipGUI.exe . You can observe the processing and review the detection results.
If commercials where found mcebuddy will have to the skipping

If you are the precise kind of commercial editor i'd recommend VideoReDo TVSuite Version 5. It will detect commercial areas in the video and allow you to edit. But this is a manual way.

Automated ways like mcebuddy using comskip are not perfect. Not sure if this might help understand how to test with comskip. http://4nzx.blogspot.com/2014/02/my-que ... ed-tv.html
