I get good results on most standard US networks and cable shows. Does anyone have suggestions for news networks that feature tickers (sometimes during commercials), don't always do a black fade (CNBC I think is like this) and also have news break-ins to the shows?
I read that using GBPVR you can have it use different profiles for different channels. I take it you cannot do this with plain Comskip? That could make any changes I make for news networks screw up regular network shows I suppose.....

Eliminating the ticker tape may not cause problems with other shows.
Did you test the ticker_tape setting?

How do I determine the number of pixels to include in this setting? I opened the show in debug mode in comskip. Is there a way to figure it out in there?erik wrote:Eliminating the ticker tape may not cause problems with other shows.

When you set a certain amount of pixels you can see the effect when you drag and drop the recording on comskipGUI.exe

Why are Fox News and their viewers so against constitutional rights for others? What's wrong with Obama's aides criticizing a so-called news channel? Isn't that their constitutional right? Then why is Fox News still, well, dissenting? Please tell me if he tries to shut down Fox News. Please don't go pre-emptive on me, because we know Cons don't exactly have a lot of luck with those types of predictions.
