I've been experimenting with Comskip on NZ Freeview and it is taking 45ish minutes to process a 32 minute H264 1080i TS show on a Core 2 Quad @ 2.83GHz with 4GB RAM, is there likely to be any speed increases in the near future or is it just down to the size (2.5GB) of the HD show?

I hope to upgrade the h.264 decoder in the future and that may give some improvement but don't expect miracles.
H.264 just takes an enormous amount of processing to decode
