Detection of Bottom Bar during Commercials

Is there a way to have Comskip look for the bar saying "Your content will return shortly" that is at the bottom of all commercials on a number of popular streaming sites (for example ComedyCentral.com)?

The bar is nearly all black (only slightly transparent) and takes up the entire bottom ~3% of the frame. I cannot figure out a way to do this, but if there is a way then Comskip could be tuned to be nearly 100% accurate on these streaming sites.

Thanks for the response! I certainly understand that you wouldn't want to build it in just for this use. I was just hoping that it was a setting that I missed (kinda like reverse logo detection).
