Profile ini for Pardon the Interruption?
I love watching this show, but the default ini file never gets the commercials right. I'm hoping someone already has a custom ini file for ESPN or more specifically for Pardon the Interruption?

Re: Latest Donator Version + Live TV
seem to have finally gotten some success. Not sure if it was because I changed the path for the xml files or if I practice some patience and waited until the show was recorded for about 10-15 minutes. But it does appear to finally skip commericals while still processing the recording. So for now I'm...

Re: Latest Donator Version + Live TV
Can you set verbose=10 in the comksip.ini file and post the log file comskip generates and the log file dvrms creates I'll do that once I get home. I'm thinking something is getting screwed up with my commercial path directories. I may be complicating things since I'm running comskip and dvrmstb on...

Re: Latest Donator Version + Live TV
dvrms can specify an output dir where the .xml file would be written. Hope that setting is not troubling you you're referring to the: Commerical Path 'C:\Users\Public\DvrmsToolbox\CommercialsXml' right? If yes, I have that set. This is where the temporary xml file should be created for each recordi...

Re: Latest Donator Version + Live TV
mmm. Maybe good to try build 51..... I haven't had a chance to switch to v.51 yet. But I was thinking how does dvrms recognize there is a commerical to skip? Doesn't it need an xml file? The reason I ask, is because it doesn't appear that v.52 is creating a temporary .xml file. Is it suppose to? Ho...

Re: Latest Donator Version + Live TV
Make sure live_tv is set to 1 in your comskip.ini file. Thanks, but I have live tv = 1, that is why I'm confused it isn't working. Maybe I should go back to the previous donator version? OR is there something wrong with my dvrmstb install? As I mentioned before, I am able to skip commercials after ...

Re: Latest Donator Version + Live TV
On the Settings window of DVRMSTB, go to the "Commercial Skip" tab and enable "auto skip" http://www.comskip.org/dtb3_md.jpg Or have a look here http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/12486/how-to-skip-commercials-in-windows-7-media-center/ I have those settings checked already. To be m...

Re: Time line off by 2 minutes on HD recordings
the output_default=0 command doesn't seem to work in version 81.031
Re: vih files
VIH files? Are you using DVRMS-Toolbox? Unless I'm mistaken those are files created by the GetVideoInfo command in one of the profiles.... yes, i am using dvrms-toolbox. I guess maybe they're necessary (the VIH files?) I'm not too familiar with dvrmstoolbox. I'm mainly using it because of the filew...
vih files
is there a command in the comskip ini file that i can input so that the vih files aren't created?

Re: Time line off by 2 minutes on HD recordings
I guess I should have searched a little more. I'm having a similiar problem to yours. Except it doesn't seem to matter what type of recording it is, HD or SD. The only program that seems to match the time line is one that I had from the CW channel. I'll have to go back and see which version of the d...

comskip off just a little
I'm not sure what exactly is going on. but here is my problem. Comskip detects the commericals just fine, wmc and dtbaddin work as they should. The problem is that the commericals aren't cut correctly. they skip occurs about 1.5 to 2minutes later and ends at about the same time (cutting off parts of...
