It would have to have been a stealth update to EyeTV if the output has changed. I don't remember any updates to EyeTV for a long time.

I tried 81_049 and it still stops. The log does not show any errors it just looks like comskip just stopped. I thought some others were seeing errors where comskip was trying to reopen the file after EyeTV changed the name.

Are you trying to run comskip during the recording? EyeTV changes the name of the file when the recording is completed. Anyone using multiple ini files for different channels with EyeTV? There seems to be ways to do this with several of the Windows PVR software but I have not seen how to do it with EyeTV on a Mac.
