Ticker_Tape Tuning

Is there any way to specify a setting to exclude the top of the screen?
CNBC runs a ticker tape (half the size of the bottom) at the top as well as the bottom during about 60% of total commercials.
Comskip is recognizing all of the commercials without the top ticker tape, but none with it present.
Ticker_Tape=120 in my comskip.ini file
