No logos?

Any way to cleanup commercials for footage that doesn't have a logo? Using PlayOn content. It references when commercials are starting but there is no physical logo. So far debating if the results are worth removing the commercials. Like if it removes 3 minutes of commercials and leaves in 15 minutes of other commercials there is no consistancy in the results when watching the show.
