VCF output problem

Hello,
When comskip outputs a vcf file, it always omits the show before the first commercial.
So I get:
VirtualDub.video.SetMode(0);
VirtualDub.subset.Clear();
VirtualDub.subset.AddRange(33600,17415);
VirtualDub.subset.AddRange(54224,28545);
The log file clearly states that the beginning of the video file is not considered a commercial.

2 - start: 51016 end: 54225 [ 12: 21] length: 0:01:47.07
So Virtual Dub is cutting an extra 15 minutes of footage...
