Build 111 crashing with TS file (704x576)

Hi,

I'm having problems with Comskip processing transport stream recordings from DVB-T on certain channel. Comskip just crashes at a point when the actual programming starts. The only apparent reason I have figured out so far is this channel broadcasts in 704x576 instead of 720x576. Maybe comskip referencing memory as it was 720? I've been able to reproduce this bug with several different recordings from this same channel.

I have uploaded an example transport stream file HERE if it's any help solving this problem. The file is ~69MB size so it's quite large. If it's too much I can try to cut away some from the beginning and see if it still causes the crash.

I did download your file and can reproduce the crash.
