Comskip can read and can't read same sound in other case

Hi erik,

At first I wish to express my gratitude to you and for your wonderful software.

I found a strange behavior of ComSkip(0.80.26).

About the first time ComSkip processing a certain recordig(MPEG2-TS/AAC, about 5min),
In the first step ComSkip searched for logo, and in the second step searched for commercials.
In the second step, after the first silent part was read, comskip couldn't read following sounds. (V=-1S)

About the second time processing,
Because there was already the logo.txt, ComSkip started in the second step.
In this case, ComSkip keeped reading sound until the second silent part was read.

I have many recordings that ComSkip can't read sound, so I wish this to become help of the problem solving.
