Help Troubleshooting DVRMSToolkit and Comskip

I have been a long time user of Comskip and DVRMSToolkit.
This past weekend, I had to stage a new HTPC for my home. I have almost everything configured on the new computer except of commercial detection. THis all used to work so I am just missing a setting to make it work on the new computer.

I am using Kodi and ServerWMC for live TV. Comskip for commercial detection and DVRMSToolkit to kick off Compskip.

Right now, Comskip is getting executed correctly on recordings in the RecordedTV folder and a .edl and other files are being created in the Public\DVRMSToolkit\CommercialXML folder. The .edl files look to be correct but I think they need to be located in the RecordedTV folder.

If I copy the .edl file to RecordedTV Kodi correctly skips the commercials.
How do I get the .edl file to be in the correct folder.

No clue, can't you tell dvrmstoolbox to tell comskip to put the output files?

I thought I have copied over all of the required settings. A spot check indicated I had but I missed the critical one. Love Comskip! THe settings I have right now are produce wonderful results.
