comskip and comclean try out

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen.
I would like to try the 2 programs once, -am a German user, automatically translate everything into English:
So, my request or question is:
I would like to use the two tools: "comskip" and "comclean" without additional software, is that possible?
What is the syntax, there, or the easiest way to do it.
I have a *.ts file. Thank you and best regards.
